An official OkMEA badge or a one-time admission ticket is required for
entrance to all events.
Members will receive preregistration materials by mail.

Bad weather before or during convention
Because of the size of the convention and the very large number of facilities it requires, the convention is NEVER canceled nor rescheduled. OkMEA All–State Honor Groups, OkMEA All-State Chorus, Band, Orchestra, Children's Chorus, Jazz Ensemble, etc., clinics, workshops, presentations—all will appear as listed on the schedule, subject to schedule time changes as approved by the OMEA President and/or Executive Board. Members of the OkMEA All-State Organizations should not assume bad weather will serve as an excuse for their not being on time and present at the beginning of the convention and audition process. Address questions to the Vice-President of your division or the OkMEA President.
